Before leaving, the Company must receive payment in full for all services rendered and guarantees. If you pay the company with a check, the package or tour component won’t be provided until the check clears.
At any moment and for any reason, the Company is entitled to:
If a tour package or tour component is canceled before the departure date, the tour operator’s liability is restricted to returning the full amount of money that the traveler paid for the package or component.
Any trip, vacation, excursion, or facility that it has marketed or published may be changed, withdrawn, or varied. If it is thought prudent or essential, a hotel of a comparable caliber may be used in its place. In any scenario, the Company will not be responsible for any losses, further costs, or indirect damages that the Traveler or Group may incur.
Any description, representation, terms and conditions stated here or in the company brochure, or any other terms and conditions pertaining to a tour that the tourist books with the company, cannot be changed, added to, amplified, or waived by anyone else without the company’s written consent.
STAR CLASSIFICATION OF HOTELS
The supplier of the hotel travel component provides the company with the star classification of hotels, such as 5 stars, 4 stars, and so forth. The company makes an honest effort to verify and authenticate this information. For false and erroneous information submitted to the company, the company is not liable. The source of the hotel travel component provided the descriptions, photos, sketches, and list of services and facilities that are included.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
For international travel, one bag should typically weigh no more than 20 kg, and for domestic travel, no more than 15 kg. as well as one piece of cabin luggage up to seven kilograms is allowed. However, it is always a good idea to confirm with the particular airline, tour operator, or transporter. Allowance varies depending on the transporter. One piece of luggage must, as is customary, have linear dimensions (length plus height plus width) that do not exceed 45 inches. If there are more bags than needed, the transporter may charge more. Payment for baggage that is lost or delivered late is subject to terms set forth by the airline, foreign trip operator, or hotel.
If an airline, tour operator, hotel, or any other third party causes a delay in delivery or misplaces baggage, the Company shall not be held responsible to the passenger.
MEALS
The number of meals, including breakfast, is always the same as the number of hotel nights that the tourist has reserved. On the day of arrival, breakfast is not offered by hotels. The Company maintains the right to modify the meal plan if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. There is no menu selection option; the meals are predetermined.
TRANSFERS
Packages: Shared rides are available wherever transportation is offered based on seat in coach (SIC).
Sightseeing Tours: Depending on the tour or tour option selected, transportation is offered on a seat-in-coach (SIC), shared-ride, or private vehicle basis.
Airport Transfer: Depending on the transfer or transfer option selected, transportation is offered on a seat-in-coach (SIC) basis, as well as on a sharing or private vehicle basis.
CURRENCY
The Company advises the Traveler/Group to bring both cash and traveler’s checks for their vacation spending. It is best to make the same arrangements at least one week prior to departure. Traveler’s checks are the safest way to carry cash because they can be easily cashed for a nominal fee and are easily replaceable in the event that they are lost or stolen. Any currency or exchange loss will not be covered by the company.
MODE OF PAYMENT
Refunds are not available for the amount paid at the time of booking. Cheques of any kind are not accepted by us. Reservations won’t be handled until 25% of the total has been paid. Twenty days prior to the start of the tour or stay, the entire fee is due. Twenty-five days prior to the commencement of the tour or stay, we will remind you to pay in full. Should the full payment not be received, the agreement will be terminated. Prior to bookings being processed, full payment is needed for reservations made instantly or on-the-spot.
Payment by check must be made at least one week prior to the delivery of the documents.
Payment for the outbound package tour must be made in convertible foreign currency, as per RBI/GOI regulations.
LIABILITY
The company is solely a travel agent and is serving as the booking agent for the foreign tour operator and provider of travel components. The company has made every effort to ensure that the information in the booklet is correct. The company’s brochure lists the amenities that are typically offered. However, things beyond of the Company’s control can happen and cause conditions to change. Route modifications may be necessary due to major roadwork, etc. When the company has enough notice to warn the tourist or group of these, the company will do so. Natural disasters may also need route modifications.
The company does not own, manage, or control any airline, shipping company, coach company, hotel, transportation, or other facility or service ingredients, nor does it control or manage any travel component of a tour package or tour component that a tourist or group uses. The firm shall not be liable for any injury, death, loss, deficiency in service, or damage, if any, caused by any act or omission of the management, employees, or independent contractors of any airlines, shipping firm, etc., since the Company simply chooses and arranges the travel component.
Refunds will be made without interest and in the same currency as the original payment. The corporation disclaims all liability for any differences in local currency values resulting from exchange rate fluctuations. Cancellations must be processed by sending a written letter to the company. With the exception of weekends and public holidays, the request will be handled within a working day.

Refund
Regarding refunds for unused or underutilized services (those that are paid for and canceled ahead of time), the amount of the refund will be calculated using the above-described cancellation policy, and the money will be returned to the original payer. Please be aware that owing to banking regulations, the refund process could take two to four weeks. Bank fees will be deducted from the refund amount if it is made to a bank account or credit card account.
Jurisdiction
Himachal Pradesh, India will be the exclusive jurisdiction for any issues relating to the tour and travel, travel-related services, adventure activities offered by the Company, and any claims resulting therefrom.
NOTE OF CAUTION BEFORE BOOKING OF PACKAGE/TRAVEL TOUR COMPONENT
The vacation packages and tour components that you intend to reserve from us are of a kind that need a significant amount of walking and physical exertion in order to fully enjoy them. All excursions require lengthy travel times, and some may include theme park attractions like speed boat rides, balloon rides, and other adventure sports that are only appropriate for physically or medically fit individuals. Therefore, we advise against taking the tour if you are a heart patient, pregnant, elderly, in need of special care, have respiratory issues, high blood pressure, diabetes, or arthritis.
During such tours, medical assistance will not be available. Therefore, if anyone needs particular medical attention during the tour, it is advised not to go. There is no assistance available for luggage, and it is assumed that each visitor will handle his own luggage. Some tourist attractions don’t have escalators or elevators, therefore users may need to utilize the stairs.
Despite the aforementioned warning, the tourist assumes all responsibility for any medical complications that may emerge during the tour and travels at his own discretion. To go on tour packages, one must also be physically and medically fit. As a result, you must satisfy yourself by getting a medical examination and a medical fitness certificate from a licensed healthcare provider.
Standard Booking Procedure (in case of Offline Bookings)
You must pay the full cost of the tour package or any individual tour component at the moment the booking process is initiated if you are making your reservation less than ten days prior to the departure date. The cancellation policy would apply to any changes or cancellations made by the passenger. You must pay 75% of the tour package cost or the cost of the individual tour components at the time the booking process is initiated if you are making your reservation within 10 to 20 days of the intended departure date. At the time of booking confirmation, the remaining amount must be paid. When completing the booking process, you will be required to pay 50% of the trip package or component fees if you are booking less than 20 days prior to the date of travel. FOG ALERT
The tickets/package are issued subject to the conditions stated herein, and the Company shall not be liable to any passenger for refund, compensation, or claim for shortening of tour in relation to tour shown in itinerary, or for any cancellation, route change, postponement, or delay of any airline due to any reason whatsoever, including fog or bad weather.
The “Terms and Conditions” stated above are fully accepted by the guest(s) when they sign the booking form or accept it. If someone signs the “I ACCEPT” on behalf of the other group members, it will be assumed that the other members have given the signing individual the necessary authority. The signatory is required to record the members’ names beneath his own.
